Including planning and executing simulation activity, developing design solutions to meet performance targets, collaborating with design engineering on their feasibility, and root cause /resolution of issues discovered during validation testing. Skill requirement - External Aero and Under hood Thermal CFD analysis Under hood air flow simulations for heat exchangers performance prediction. Estimation of Drag Coefficients, Lift Coefficient, Cooling drag etc. Flow Directivity (Cabin Comfort) simulations Ansys Fluent and ANSA for finite element model creation.
